Job Details
- Salary: 23.87 to 28.66 hourly (to be negotiated) / 40 hours per week
- Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time
Work must be completed at the physical location. No remote option.
Work Setting
- Meat processing and/or packing plant/establishment
Responsibilities
- Cut beef, lamb, pork or veal carcasses or sides or quarters into primal cuts for further cutting, processing or packaging
- Remove feathers and singe and wash poultry to prepare for further processing or packaging
- Remove bones from meat
- Check products for quality control
