About the Role

As a Cabin Crew Member, you’ll be the face of LATAM on board — ensuring safety while creating an exceptional travel experience for every passenger. You’ll carry the spirit of hospitality that defines who we are.

What to Expect

• Location: Lima Airport (must live in Lima).
• Schedule: Full‑time, rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Contract: Fixed‑term for 3 months, possibility of renewal.
• Work mode: On‑site.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need prior aviation training — LATAM Academy will guide you through our comprehensive cabin crew program.

• Completed secondary education and/or technical or university studies.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in customer‑facing or service roles.
• An intermediate level of English — if you understood this, you’re off to a great start.
• Fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
