We are currently seeking highly skilled Labour & Employment Lawyers to assist our Fortune 500 clients.
Responsibilities
- Advise on all aspects of employment law compliance, workplace policies, hiring, terminations and employee relations across multiple provinces.
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, offer letters, confidentiality and non-competition clauses, and contractor arrangements.
- Support workplace investigations, accommodations, performance management, and disciplinary actions to ensure consistent and compliant practices.
- Assist on workplace planning, restructurings, and risk mitigation related to employment standards and labour relations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of employment law experience in Canada, preferably gained in‑house or at a national law firm advising corporate clients on workplace and HR matters.
