A large dairy operation in Wisconsin who is seeking a dependable Calf Manager to oversee the care and development of calves from birth through early growth stages. This individual will be responsible for managing daily operations within the calf barn and ensuring calves receive proper nutrition, health care, and handling to promote strong development.

The Calf Manager will supervise employees responsible for feeding newborn calves and will work closely with a full-time employee to maintain the calf program. Responsibilities include processing newborn calves, feeding colostrum, and moving calves into individual crates for approximately 6–10 days before transitioning them to the robot barn. The Calf Manager will continue overseeing calves through the weaning stage and into the next barn, where they remain for approximately four months.
