Position Summary

Assists in the leadership of the Asset Protection and office areas and processes, responding to problems and inquiries and developing associates through teaching and training. Ensures a high level of customer service while ensuring task completion. Plans and executes department activities based on workload and operational functions and may assist on the sales floor as needed.

What You’ll Do

1. Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers politely and friendly, assisting with product promotion, locating merchandise, and resolving customer issues.
2. Assisting with direction and coordination of task completion per priorities communicated from the Asset Protection Operations Coach and the Store Leadership Team; delegating, assisting, and following up on task completion in receiving, claims, and office support.
