Position Summary

To assist in the leadership of General Merchandise and Fashion Associates and department processes through partnership with the General Merchandise and Fashion Assistant Manager, ensuring a high level of customer service while ensuring task completion.

What You'll Do

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Assists in providing direction and the coordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the General Merchandise and Fashion Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team.
• Assesses the overall presentation of General Merchandise and Fashion Departments and appearance, noting deficiencies for corrective action and executes merchandising display changes where required.
