Overview

Position Summary To assist in the leadership of General Merchandise and Fashion Associates and department processes through partnership with the General Merchandise and Fashion Assistant Manager and ensure a high level of customer service while ensuring task completion.

What You'll Do

• Providing excellent customer service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Assist in providing direction and the coordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the General Merchandise and Fashion Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team.
