Position Summary
The OMNI Department Manager will provide customer service by offering assistance to meet the customer’s shopping needs. This role will contribute to the overall processes for Online Grocery and Walmart.ca directly and through follow‑up with OMNI Associates. The manager will function as part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and customer traffic patterns.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the training and development of all OMNI Associates.
- Complete Back Office Setup including review of Future Grocery Order Summary, Grocery Order Daily Pickup Report, Confirmation of Daily Orders, identification of payment exceptions, identification of picks, determination of workload by commodity, assignation of CFAs, and fill in Staging Whiteboards.
- Set up Handhelds/Printers for CFAs.
- Check email and AMP+ for action items.
