You'll be integral to our Canada sales team, reporting to the Director of Sales & Operations. Your responsibilities will cover managing project schedules, coordinating with installation contractors, and enhancing design documents. You'll also oversee customer deliveries, ensuring all operational needs are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate communications among cross-functional teams
• Oversee prototype management and equipment format changes
• Coordinate timelines for customer equipment orders
• Manage warranty needs and customer documentation
• Develop solutions for chronic field issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years project management experience
• High school diploma with 12+ years relevant training
