Overview

Capex Controlling Analyst – Join Givaudan to support finance management by delivering accurate financial information related to capital expenditure projects, budgets, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute financial information to functional management and stakeholders, including Group Controlling, Division Controlling, Operations Controlling, and Functional Controlling, with a focus on Capex projects.
• Interface with Givaudan Financial Services and external/internal auditors.
• Assist in the annual Capex budget process for the site.
• Perform monthly review of projects (budget vs. actual) and inform stakeholders of status.
• Analyze deviations, investigate issues, and ensure projects are correctly closed in accounting with proper capitalization.
• Monitor Asset Under Construction monthly and maintain the Fixed Asset database updated.
