As a Personal Lines Account Associate, you'll manage the entire client service journey. Your responsibilities will include greeting clients, processing inquiries, and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete. You will also support Account Managers and manage office operations. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are mandatory for success in this role.
