In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring clients receive the best possible experience while their cases are being handled. The Case Manager will take ownership of assigned cases, communicate directly with clients, coordinate with insurance companies and medical providers, and help organize and maintain case records. You will work closely with attorneys and other team members to provide outstanding service to individuals who have been injured.
