Role Overview This Category Manager for Indirect Procurement will lead the strategic sourcing and management of the Contingent Labor category on a global scale. This role is responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of a global Managed Service Provider (MSP) model, specifically focusing on white-collar and professional services. The successful candidate will drive commercial value, mitigate risk, and ensure high-quality service delivery through cross-functional collaboration with HR, Legal, Finance, and IT. Key Responsibilities Category Strategy & MSP Implementation Execute a global category strategy for contingent labor, focusing on professional and white-collar workforces. Lead the end-to-end implementation of an MSP and Vendor Management System (VMS) across multiple regions.
