JOB DESCRIPTION
- Oversee, organize, plan and control the operation of the catering business
- Experience working with marketing team to expand catering menus, provide sample products at meetings with clients to grow the business
- Understand specific customer needs according to food allergies and sensitivity and provide options
- Develop menus in collaboration with the barista and franchisor, considering factors such as the type of event and the client’s budget
- Organize and supervise the work of the catering team to ensure that food and beverages are prepared and served in a timely manner
