Cell Therapy Operations and Account Manager

Job Summary: The Manager, Cell Therapy Operations and Account Manager (CTOAM) plays a critical role in the commercial success of BMS’s innovative cellular therapies by coordinating the onboarding of CAR T centers in Switzerland and ensuring continuous updates of their capabilities to state‑of‑the‑art standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate site‑specific processes during onboarding, launch, and ongoing support phases of BMS's cell therapies for all Swiss centers.
• Lead an organized onboarding process for selected centers, collaborating with cross‑functional BMS team members and site stakeholders such as clinical staff, ICU, pharmacy, laboratory, and operations.
• Engage with centers that are not yet onboarded to evaluate onboarding needs, develop site‑specific plans, and specify timeframes for completion.
