The position connects internal stakeholders with emerging solutions, startups, and best practices to enable pilots, knowledge-sharing, and scalable improvements through programs such as Smart Innovation, Communities of Practice, and Leaplab. It also tracks progress, outcomes, and key insights from innovation initiatives to provide visibility and support informed decision‑making. Through strong cross‑functional collaboration, the role contributes to operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and effective execution of innovation efforts.
