Responsibilities

• Handle daily and monthly billing of trucking charges.
• Submit bi-weekly payroll.
• Process monthly Visa expense reports for drivers doing overnight trucking.
• Manage work boot reimbursements.
• Ensure all current annual oversized permits are up to date.
• Coordinate with local municipalities for any additional annual or single trip permits required.
• Ensure drivers' ELDs are working accurately by reviewing daily/weekly reports from Geotab.
• Order new Geotab tracking devices and handle replacements as needed.
