As a child development leader, you will direct daily operations while aligning with Childventures’ vision. Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction and daily oversight of centre operations Communicate with parents, ministry representatives, and team members Mentor and train staff for their skilled growth Ensure health, safety, and wellness in the Centre Build partnerships within the community and with Childventures' leadership Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education Minimum three years supervisory experience in childcare Registered member of the College of ECE (RECE) Knowledge of CCYEA regulations and licensing Solid communication and problem-solving skills
