The Oak Ridges Moraine Land Trust (ORMLT) is a charitable organization dedicated to protecting and sustaining the Oak Ridges Moraine. We seek an executive leader to advance our vision through strategic planning, fundraising, community engagement, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Provide oversight and strategic direction to staff and support the Board of Directors.
• Offer executive counsel on administrative matters, program policy and finance.
• Work with the Board to implement mitigation strategies for potential liability and risk.
• Prepare Board packages (CEO & staff reports) and attend Board meetings and committees.
• Lead implementation of the organization’s strategic plan and advance short‑ and long‑term objectives.
• Assist in recruitment and development of the Board and advise Committee Chairs, staff and volunteers.
