The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited is a Crown corporation responsible for the oversight of Canadian federal interests in 4 of the 11 international toll bridges that connect Ontario to Michigan and New York in the United States:

• Sault Ste. Marie International Bridge (Sault Ste. Marie)
• Seaway International Bridge (Cornwall)
• Thousand Islands International Bridge (Lansdowne)

Its mandate is to provide stewardship of international bridges and associated structures to ensure their safety and efficiency.

The corporation owns the Canadian portion of the four international bridges in its portfolio, including bridge plazas and related facilities, and oversees their operations.
