POSITION SUMMARY
Generate, coordinate, manage, supervise and implement current effective strategies to improve dealers’ sales, services and parts procedures and processes (but not limited to) focusing on the customer satisfaction in order to promote customer experience and increase dealers’ profitability and performance while ensuring the current brand guidelines are being applied. This position is accountable for the continuous improvement of process capability and capacity.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Works closely with dealer’s staff to implement effective strategies directed to the continuous improvement of customer experience during sales and services’ processes.
Responsible for the evaluation and improvement of the overall Dealer’s Operational Processes. Identify gaps by required efforts, expected impact and risks.
List priorities to manage high/imminent risk situations that require immediate attention
