You will serve as a methodological reference for the practice and guide junior profiles in the execution of key projects.
Responsibilities - Lead strategic change management projects across different industries and regions.
- Design and implement comprehensive change strategies (communication, training, sponsorship, resistance management, sustainment).
- Facilitate sessions with executive committees, sponsors, and key leaders.
- Ensure methodological quality.
- Identify risks, propose solutions, and lead lessons-learned and improvement sessions.
