Role Summary

Robust ITSM expertise and automation skills to drive governance across Incident, Change, and Problem Management. The role focuses on improving compliance, efficiency, and transitioning to a data‑driven governance model.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure ticket quality, SLA adherence, and RCA completeness
• Govern ITSM processes and drive standardization
• Automate manual governance tasks using Power Automate, Power BI, or scripting tools
• Build dashboards, scorecards, and governance reports
• Collaborate with SRE, Dev, and Ops teams to improve reliability
• Analyze change impacts and incident root causes
