Role Summary
Solid ITSM expertise and automation skills to drive governance across Incident, Change, and Problem Management. The role focuses on improving compliance, efficiency, and transitioning to a data-driven governance model.
Responsibilities
- Ensure ticket quality, SLA adherence, and RCA completeness
- Govern ITSM processes and drive standardization
- Automate manual governance tasks using Power Automate, Power BI, or scripting tools
- Build dashboards, scorecards, and governance reports
- Collaborate with SRE, Dev, and Ops teams to improve reliability
- Analyze change impacts and incident root causes
