Chartered Legal Executive/Solicitor - Military - Cardiff - 1-3 Years PQE
Location: Cardiff (Hybrid)
Type of Role: Fixed Term, Full-time (Maternity Cover)
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience)

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of multitrack PI claims, including:

• Industrial disease, RTA, EL/PL, occupiers' liability, and product liability matters


• Running files from pre-action through to settlement or trial, ensuring CPR/Practice Direction compliance


• Drafting and settling core documents (letters of claim, claim forms, schedules of loss, witness statements, applications, instructions to experts/counsel)


• Instructing and managing experts (medical and non-medical) and handling disclosure and trial bundles


• Preparing for and attending CMCs, CCMCs, PTRs, and interlocutory hearings, including routine advocacy
