Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Concepcion for a Chef Instructor specializing in the Taller de Técnicas Pastelería Básica course. The Chef Instructor will be responsible for teaching fundamental pastry techniques, planning and leading hands‑on workshops, developing lesson plans, evaluating students' performance, maintaining a professional and inclusive learning environment, ensuring proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment, overseeing food safety and hygiene practices, and providing mentorship to students pursuing careers in the culinary arts.
