Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes in the tandoor oven, including tandoori chicken, naan bread, kebabs, and other tandoor specialties.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and cooked to the highest quality standards, maintaining consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
- Manage and maintain the tandoor oven, ensuring it is clean, functional, and properly heated at all times.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of food orders.

- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and refine tandoor menu items, incorporating new flavors and ideas.
