About the role

Reporting to the Vice President (VP) and Regional Director (RD) for Lockheed Martin Canada Inc. and Latin America, the Chief of Staff acts as a strategic partner to the VP/RD, enabling focus on business priorities by driving execution and integrating strategies for Canada and Latin America aligned with Lockheed Martin's overall objectives. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the Chief of Staff anticipates the VP's needs, coordinates between Global Business Development and Strategy (GBDS), business sectors and organizational functions, and ensures rigorous execution of priorities. The role requires strong strategic judgment, commercial and financial acumen, executive presence, and the ability to deliver high-quality outputs in a complex, evolving environment. Support the GBDS leadership team in developing, integrating and executing growth strategies for Canada and Latin America aligned with Lockheed Martin's organizational goals.
