Responsibilities

• Development and orchestration of Technology transformation plan including key strategic and operational improvement and efficiency initiatives; structuring, planning and control of transformation plan execution and proactive management of issues/risks that may impact plan success.
• Planning and orchestration of Technology agenda for employee engagement and communication with the goal of achieving a high standard of employee engagement, cultivating and promoting the service and organizational consistency among Technology teams and fostering a culture of innovation, commercial savvy, dependability, pragmatism and excellence
• Provide support for the GCT Head and act as principal delegate for strategic and operational governance and facilitation/coordination across the Technology leadership team; tracking/co-ordination of ad-hoc ask/initiatives; ensuring smooth operational, co-ordination and communication across the leadership team. ...
