Position Overview

Chief Operating Officer (COO) – oversee day‑to‑day administrative and operational functions, report to the CEO, drive operational scalability and maintain a high‑performance culture across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across critical departments (Operations, HR, IT, etc.).
• Design, implement, and continuously monitor standardized procedures and workflows to maximize efficiency.
