About This Opportunity
Contribute to the Extensive Needs Service at Mackenzie Health as a Child Mental Health Program Consultant. This role advances the well-being of children facing significant challenges through clinical collaborations.
In partnership with key health organizations, your primary focus will be on assessing and treating children with complex needs aged 0 to 17. You’ll actively develop crisis plans, collaborate with community providers, and train internal staff. Strengthening existing services, you will be pivotal in delivering impactful solutions to families.
Key Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough assessments of kids and youth needs • Formulate safety plans based on client assessments • Collaborate with diverse health care providers • Provide training and educational support to partners • Engage in supervision and committee participation
