About This Opportunity
You will be responsible for:
Responsibilities
- Recommend, develop, and implement human resources projects and programs in the operating unit to achieve the company's strategic objectives.
- Support the HR Digital Innovation area: work with relevant areas to ensure the deployment of goals.
- Prepare manuals and materials for internal training; disseminate courses and lectures; maintain training records in accordance with rules and procedures.
- Act as an agent of culture change within the Culture Management team, supporting corporate or local programs. Implement engagement survey actions and devise initiatives to improve people’s engagement.
Qualifications
- Complete higher education.
- Solid experience in Training, Sence Metodology (mandatory), Recruitment, Culture management, and Talent Development.
- Intermediate level English language proficiency (mandatory).
