This four-week special project assignment based in Chilliwack, BC, provides a unique opportunity to enrich Indigenous students’ educational journeys through science. The program is dedicated to fostering an inclusive learning environment that honors Sto:lo heritage. Successful candidates will work closely with students and community stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop culturally relevant science lessons for Indigenous youth
• Assess and report on student progress regularly
• Partner with education leaders in the Indigenous community
• Differentiate instruction to accommodate various learning styles
• Promote respect for Sto:lo culture in science education
