How You Will Contribute

This senior PLM position will be responsible for supporting Ciena’s HSPC (High Speed Photonic Components) product development including Coherent Driver Modulators (CDMs), Coherent Optical Sub Assemblies (COSA), Transmit and Receive PICS, nITLAs, Semi Conductor Amplifiers (SOAs) and more for both internal and external 3rd party consumption. Develop strong relationship with the Ciena development teams driving industry leading products in this space, focusing on true supplier / customer motion across all consumption approaches. Responsibilities include developing business cases, product structure, managing delivery schedule, forecasting and supply chain including end product adoption. The position requires a PLM Leader with strong knowledge of coherent and direct detect technologies, DSP and high speed components markets, as wells ICP (hyperscalers) customers and their interconnect requirements.
