Key Responsibilities

+ Prepare and support tenders for civil projects including parks, trails, bridges, and municipal infrastructure

+ Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents

+ Complete quantity take-offs and assist with cost estimates and bid submissions

+ Coordinate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers

+ Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options
