Overview

Roy Johnston TDS is currently seeking a Civil Litigation and Family Law Litigation Associate for our Brandon Office. This Associate will work with both our civil litigation and family law lawyers on a variety of matters requiring both in-court litigation skills and out of court resolution processes. We are accepting applications from around the Westman region. The ideal candidate should have some civil litigation and/or family law experience, strong academic qualifications, excellent writing skills and good interpersonal skills. We offer a competitive compensation package for the region.

Responsibilities

• Support civil litigation and family law lawyers on a variety of matters requiring both in-court litigation and out-of-court resolution processes.
• Collaborate with lawyers across practice areas as needed in both Brandon and Boissevain offices (full-time Brandon office; part-time Boissevain office).
