Job description

Our Client is a well established and respected law firm, and they are currently seeking a civil litigation lawyer with at least 5 years of experience working with civil litigation matters in Ontario and be a member in good standing with the Ontario Law Society.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in the following types of litigation matters.

• Business and Commercial litigation
• Construction Lien matters
• Employment related disputes
• Estate Litigation
• Contract enforcement and debt collection

The successful candidate will have:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in civil / commercial litigation matters
• A pragmatic and clear communication style with strong drafting skills
