Job Summary

Experienced position in Claim Department support, responsible for supporting the various functions of Claims support including coding and processing payments, recoveries, transcriptions, escheats, and IRS data entry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound subrogation demands and assign them appropriately.
• Communicate directly with claim representatives to ensure demands are handled promptly.
• Perform bulk payment entry.
• Process voids.
• Perform salvage and subrogation recoveries.
• Process claims related to escheats.
• Review transcriptions.
• Enter IRS data (W9 and 1099s).
• Prepare MCCA (Michigan Catastrophic medical system) reporting for PIP.
• Handle CLUE corrections and disputes.
• Provide financial claim affidavits for finance.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position does not have supervisory duties.
