We are currently seeking a lawyer to join the LAWPRO claims team in the role of Claims Counsel. Claims Counsel manage a diverse portfolio of files relating to claims against Ontario lawyers. LAWPRO lawyers assist Insureds directly or retain and instruct external legal counsel or other professionals to assess, strategize, repair, defend or resolve error or omissions proceedings.

Our claims team handles files in all practice areas. At this time, we are seeking lawyers with a litigation background. Experience in real estate and / or wills and estates is particularly sought, but all litigation backgrounds will be considered. Our claims team includes lawyers with varying years of practice and we will consider applicants with 5 years of experience through to senior lawyers.
