Job Summary
Position serves as classroom therapy assistant for approximately 37-40 hours per week to a nationally-certified speech-language pathologist who provides direct intervention to children with severe communication disorders and academic challenges through the DuBard School for Language Disorders
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
+ Assist in the educational development of students with significant communication disorders and academic challenges under the direction and guidance of the classroom speech-language pathologist.
+ Assist in the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEP) for the students and monitor their progress toward IEP goals.
