Job Title: Clerical Support Associate

Reporting Relationship: Manager, 6 West Critical Care

Location: Wilson Site, Humber River Health

Hourly Rate Range: $29.966 - $31.016

Labour Group: Teamsters PT Clerical or NowU

Hours of Work: 12 hour day shifts, including weekends subject to change

Position Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support including patient registration and discharge, maintenance of patient records, order entry and statistics.
• Deliver customer service including scheduling appointments, answering patient inquiries, telephone inquiries, greeting patients and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Communicate with bed allocation and other departments to arrange patient placement.
• Communicate with other departments and service areas.
