**What You'll Do**
+ Drive retention, profitability, and revenue growth for Business Travel clients across Australia (NSW, VIC, WA, SA, QLD)
+ Manage a diverse portfolio of middle and large market clients
+ Create and execute winning client strategies through internal account plans and business reviews
+ Develop meaningful client recommendations that quantify value, project savings, and identify premium revenue opportunities
+ Negotiate and manage contract renewals aligned with profit objectives
+ Build and maintain key relationships with C-level decision makers
+ Manage client risk through retention strategies and proactive bidding
