RBC Dominion Securities (RBC DS) is seeking a dedicated Client Solutions Specialist (CSS) to join our Metro Toronto team. This role focuses on ensuring RBC DS clients are seamlessly transitioned to the most suitable RBC platform based on their unique needs. Key Responsibilities

Proactively engage clients through structured discovery conversations to comprehensively understand their objectives and service needs. Assess and recommend the optimal RBC platform for each client, ensuring a smooth transition to RBC partners. Manage client inquiries and administrative tasks efficiently, maintaining accurate records in the contact management system. Foster strong collaborative relationships with colleagues across RBC’s diverse platforms. Partner with RBC DS management and advisory teams to facilitate seamless client transitions.
