We're looking for a performance coach — someone who makes real estate agents stop making excuses, start working their leads, and actually close. We're a bilingual (Spanish/English) real estate marketing agency partnering with Latino and Hispanic agents across the US. We don't just generate leads — we build performance systems around our clients and guarantee results. As Client Success Coach, you will:
Coach agents on follow-up habits, scripts, and closing behavior
Track per-client performance metrics and report to leadership weekly

Have coached or held salespeople / real estate agents accountable
Are bilingual Spanish/English (or professional-level Spanish minimum)
Understand real estate lead generation (or learn fast without hand-holding)
Have invested in your own training (coaches, programs, mentors) — required
