What you’ll be doing:

+ Develop and maintain detailed internal customer profiles in CargoWise, ensuring all departments have access to accurate and comprehensive customer information.

+ Provide expert guidance and recommendations to customers, assisting them in selecting the most appropriate solutions for their freight and logistics needs, including preparing quotations as required.
