Location: WRHN @ Midtown and Chicopee
The successful candidate will practice according to the Canadian Nurses Association Advanced Practice Nursing framework to assess, plan, implement and evaluate the needs of patients with complex wound, ostomy and/or continence issues. Services are provided in consultation and collaboration with all members of the health‑care team. The CNS – WOC will work closely with leadership to outline the program’s goals, adapt to change, manage competing priorities, and may be assigned additional duties related to the Wound, Ostomy and Continence Program. This position reports to Professional Practice Leadership.
