The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

**Required Qualifications:**



+ PharmD in Pharmacy or

+ Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.

+ Upon hire: Texas Pharmacist Registered or

+ Upon hire: New Mexico Registered Pharmacist - New Mexico Board of Pharmacy.
