We have an exciting opportunity as a Relief Full Time Clinical Pharmacist within Lower Mainland Pharmacy Services for our Primary Care Network team at Surrey Hospital in Surrey, BC where you can showcase your clinical pharmacy skills! This position is available until approximately October 2027 or until the return of the incumbent. The BC Ministry of Health is providing funding for the Pharmacists in PCN program, which will integrate clinical pharmacists into primary care teams across health authorities through the province. The onboarding of clinical pharmacists for these positions is done with collaboration between health authority and community stakeholders.
