We have the perfect Full‑Time opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to join our team at Langley Memorial Hospital located in Langley, BC.
Working within a collaborative team environment, the Clinical Pharmacy Specialist is an expert practitioner, consultant, educator and researcher in a designated specialty area. The role involves providing consultation services to internal and external health care professionals, applying advanced theory to assess, plan, implement and evaluate pharmaceutical care, and developing and leading clinical, educational and research activities, including teaching, policy development, quality improvement and clinical research.
