The Harquail Centre for Neuromodulation at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre is a global leader in brain therapy, specializing in non‑invasive and minimally invasive neuromodulation techniques to treat disorders like depression, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, ALS, and OCD. Our lab focuses on repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) for the treatment of major depressive disorder, with a particular interest in understanding how brain stimulation influences metabolic processes such as glucose regulation.
